The Spanish driver will complete his first single-seater season in Europe with the historic Valencian team, with whom he has already had the opportunity to test with.
Pepe Martí will compete in the Spanish Formula 4 in 2021. The young Catalan will participate in the Spanish competition after having completed a successful career in karting, in which he has achieved a Spanish Championship and a fourth place in the OK Junior World Championship, among others successes. Martí will race with the Campos Racing team, a structure with decades of history within formula categories.
The Valencian team will compete in the F4 for the first time in 2021. However, its extensive experience in competition makes of Campos a competitive choice with high potential. Martí has also already done some testing sessions with the team of former Formula 1 driver Adrián Campos in preparation for the season, which will begin on April 10th at the Jarama Circuit and will have seven rounds.
“I am very happy to announce my partnership with a team with such history as Campos Racing for 2021 in the Spanish Formula 4 Championship. We already tested together and we were really quick since the first outing so I am really looking forward to racing with them”, were the words of Martí on the occasion of the confirmation.
“Pepe Martí will be part of the future of Spanish motorsport and I am proud to know that he is giving the steps as the great figures of our country have done, alongside Genís Marco and Campos Racing ”, added Adrián Campos, Campos Racing owner and team manager.
Before the start of the Spanish F4 season, and in preparation for it, Martí will compete in Formula 4 UAE throughout the months of January and February, in a season that will begin on the 14th of this month.
